Accommodation

Hotel rooms at special Congress rates are being held for congress participants and their families in various hotels of different categories in the vicinity of the CNIT and the Porte Maillot. But there will be no shuttle services provided by the congress between the congress hotels and the CNIT.
A full stay deposit is required in order to secure and confirm the booking. It will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your hotel bill when leaving.

A fixed charge of 20€ per reservation will be required for all hotel reservations.

Hotel reservation received after November 3, 2009 may not be guaranteed and will be made according to availability only.

Cancellation conditions for hotel reservations

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, email or fax) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions:

• Up to September 3, 2009: the 20€ reservation fee will be withheld for administrative fee
• Between September 4 and October 1, 2009: 1 night deposit will be withheld
• From October 2, 2009: no refund

Reimbursement will be processed AFTER the Congress.
Requests for refunds made after March 3, 2010 will not be considered

Room rates

All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room. Reservations must be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates negotiated for the Congress. Unless otherwise indicated, most of the rates do not include breakfast.
